I. Prices, Fees and Payment Terms

Our price rates are very attractive and payment terms are flexible too for every category of clients. Fees may be charged by the hour, by monthly retainer or by the project, depending on the work to be performed and client preference.

1. Hourly Rate Plan

The hourly rate plan is a flexible plan for clients who are not really sure how much time they will need each month.

Rates

From $5 to $15 per hour, according to the type of Service and difficulty. Generally, our rate is $10 per hour.

Payment terms

For new and impermanent established clients – in advance, a deposit is required prior to the work beginning based on the estimated number of hours quoted for projects; Minimum are 2 hours.
For permanent clients – in advance or every 10 hours

Invoice (optional)

Invoice will be send at the end of current month.

Minimal size of offer

$20

 

2. Monthly Retainer based

We offer retainer plans for clients who can commit to a set minimum of hours per month at a discounted hourly rate from the regular hourly rate.

Rates

11-20 hours per month 5% discount
21-40 hours per month 7.5% discount
41-60 hours per month 10% discount
61 and more hours per month 15% discount

Payment terms

For new and impermanent established clients – full in advance.
For permanent clients – full in advance or within current month.

Invoice (optional)

Pro-Forma Invoice in advance and if there will be change, then corrected invoice at the end of current month

Minimal size of offer

Minimum 11 hours service per month and 3 Month contract is required

 

3. Per Project Plan

A per project plan is based on specific requirements of project. Quotes for services on a per project basis will be provided and based upon the scope and complexity of the project, estimated time and cost.

Rates

Various, according of service type, difficulty and required working hours.

Payment terms

For new and impermanent established clients – full in advance or if project can be separated in parts then in advance cost of each parts of project, but no less than $200
For permanent clients – full in advance or 50% in advance and 50% must be paid prior to delivery of project.

Invoice (optional)

Pro-Forma Invoice in advance and if there will be change, then corrected invoice at the end of project

Minimal size of offer

$20
